Reason for Collection of Your Information
Accelero Health Partners, LLC ("Accelero") understands the premium you place on the protection of your personal information on the Internet, and we want you to know what information we collect, how we safeguard it, and the choices you have about how your information may be used. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy so that you understand how we use personal information provided to us through this website.

Personal Information Collected From You
Many of Accelero's website services to customers do not require any form of registration or identification. You can freely visit many parts of our website without telling us who you are. However, some of our services, such as programs that you sign up for to receive information or to purchase products, require that your provide some personal information so that we can respond to you or fill your request. The information that we collect from you is that which is necessary to respond to your request, such as your name, postal address, email address and/or telephone number (to confirm your order or respond to questions), order and payment information. For certain parts of our site, we may also ask you to choose a password.

Consolidation of Information Collected From You
Many of our customers register for more than one Accelero program or service, through our websites, by calling Accelero, or through a third-party business partner. When you register with us more than once, we may combine your personally identifiable information as well as any anonymous computer information collected (see below) and store it together. This helps us organize your information and preferences, and keep it up to date. Our goal is to provide optimal service to you at all times.

Collection of Anonymous Computer Information
If your computer browser is set to allow "cookies", then our site, like most sites on the Internet, installs small pieces of data on your computer. This type of anonymous information allows us to identify new and returning customers, evaluate browsing habits on our site, and conduct market research activities so that we can continuously improve our services. It also allows us to track customers who come to our websites based on website advertisements about Accelero products or services, and allows you to bypass re-entering certain identifying information if you choose to enter certain sections of our site (such as those that may be password-protected.) If you do not want our site to install cookies on your computer, you can turn off this ability by changing your browser settings on your computer. For those who are interested in the details, some of the typical computer techniques we may use are "cookies", "internet tags" which are also called "action tags", "single-pixel GIFs", clear GIFs, "invisible GIFs, and "1-by-1 GIFs). If you would like more information about web tags and cookies associated with on-line advertising or how to opt-out of third-party collection of information, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative website, an independent website not sponsored by or affiliated with Disetronic.

Sharing Your Information with Third-Parties
Accelero will not share your personal information with third-parties (other marketers) for their own use unless we have obtained your express consent to do so. When you provide personally identifiable information to Accelero, it will be accessible to some of Accelero's business partners, such as companies we retain to fulfill requests for information, answer telephone calls, or provide assistance to us on specific programs. Accelero requires third-parties to whom it discloses personal data to protect personal information using similar safeguards to those required by Accelero. We also require that they do not use your personal information for any separate use that is not specifically authorized by Accelero.

In addition, we take steps to ensure that our safeguards take into account new security threats as they continue to evolve. You should keep in mind that Internet transmissions, particularly email transmissions, are never 100% secure or error-free, and that no online site can ever guarantee absolute security. To help minimize any risks, we also caution you to guard your own computer and password against unauthorized access by others.
